Hi  teacher and classmates, today I’m going to talk about a song that I really like and I like This song because represent my favorite music style…”the Hip – Hop”. Well, the song called “bienvenido a mi planeta” or welcome to my world. This song is a “promotional” tune for a festival of hip hop called “planeta rock” in the version of the year 2010. The first time I heard this song was in January of 2010 year.In this song work different nationals MC that are very known in Chile and in the Latin American world of Hip-Hop. In this song the most popular mc are: portavoz of salvaje decibel, aerstame of movimiento original, anita tijoux (the best latin mc woman), subverso ex leguayork, chystemc of the killtros and many others. The planeta rock festival is one of the most important festivals in Chile compared with “el sur es hardcore”, but the difference between them is that the “planeta rock” festival represent the different ways to express the Hip-Hop, not only the music, but the art of graffiti, cinema, the brake dance and DJ’s too. There are four days of festival and in every one of them there is a different activity. One day is for the graffiti art, other day to the cinema and documental, other one for the b’boys  and in the last day takes place the big concert with all the mc’s. The promotional song represent the union of different music styles of all the mc’s, but everybody with the same idea “the hip hop like a lifestyle”. This song talk about the union between the old school and the new school of the Hip-Hop movement, how the festival work and mention too the respect to the origins of this movement, “la pobla”, and like always with a final message from the “la pobla” to the world.
